"Changing the Flow"

We propose an utopist solution for the possibility of a flood in Holland,
a collaborative network that would solve not just the Dutch’s excess of water problem but also the lack of water in others lands...

A huge archduke would be constructed leaving water from Holland to the dry regions of the planet as Africa’s desert. Even if it’s economically impossibility we think that anyway to deal with the flood in a particular place in the world should consider a global matter.

A first and symbolic performance was done at the Rotterdam’s Central Station. The distribution of 250 liters of Dutch water for the people who was going to others places, proposing them to continue this distribution at the places they arrive, changing little by little the natural flow of water.
